Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Receptionist at our Vancouver offices. Candidates should have prior reception experience - experience in a visual effects and/or hospitality environment is considered an asset.

Candidate should be able to multitask, be quick on their feet and eager to learn.

Responsibilities/Tasks/Reporting

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking meetings
  • Arranging couriers
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing post
