The CLEAR Archival Service helps in short and long term storage of content. This preservation service is totally secure. It is configured based on business rules and customised to the content & associated workflows. The archive could also be installed and configured at the client location.

Prime Focus Technologies Archiving is provisioned to maintain more than one copy of the hi-resolution content at any time. While one copy is stored in the digital archive, one redundant copy is kept at a disaster proof location under fire & earthquake resistant secure vaults.

Our system facilitates for partial retrieval of content, which saves time and resources when only a small portion is needed from a large content file. The distributed archival option allows the user to keep the hi-resolution content in-house or at one of the PFT global digital archive locations.

One of the key aspects of archival is the validation of the presence and quality of the content that has been ingested into the system. Prime Assure TM is the Prime Focus Archival Quality Assurance, ensuring availability & quality of the archived content.

Prime Focus also provides editing and repurposing services that makes your content ready for new media platforms. Our proprietary media asset management platform, CLEAR, enables you to deliver your content straight from your desktop to different media anywhere across the globe.

And most importantly, Digital File based storage costs are 1/14th in comparison to storing video on traditional video tapes.
