A non-superhero movie is soaring in China. "Gravity" has made $9 million in its first two days of release in the country, according to Warner Bros.
The opening was the largest Chinese for a Warner Bros. film not released on a holiday. The film brought in $4.7 million on Tuesday and $4.2 million on Wednesday. The Sandra Bullock and George Clooney film is playing on 5,854 screens in the country.
