Oscar Winners 2015: Dneg picks up Academy Award for 'Interstellar'

They did it! After BAFTA and VES Award wins, Double Negative picked up the Academy Award® last night for 'Best VFX' for its work on Christopher Nolan's Interstellar.

Ansel Elgort (The Fault In Our Stars, Divergent) and Chloe Grace Moretz (Kick-Ass, Let Me In) presented the award to VFX Supervisors Paul Franklin and Andrew Lockley (Dneg), Ian Hunter (SFX Supervisor) and Scott Fisher (New Deal Studios VFX Supervisor).

This is the second Oscar win for Paul Franklin, Andrew Lockley and Dneg, who previously won for their work on Christopher Nolan's Inception
