James Gunn's 'Guardians of the Galaxy' has got off to a great start, topping the US box office and becoming the biggest August opener in history. The film is sitting pretty with a whopping 93% on RottenTomatoes.com, but how did the 3D look?

Dailyrecord.co.uk commented on Prime Focus' 3D converted final battle scene "There are spectacular dogfights between spaceships and an impressive final face-off that makes this a film that needs to be seen in 3D".
The Wrap praised "The 3-D is the best on-screen all summer, lively and light and nicely used in action bits inspired as much by Chuck Jones as they are by George Lucas."
Slashfilms.com says "The post-conversion work is just spectacular".
Forbes magazine described the 3D as "some of the most crystal-clear 3D work I’ve seen this side of Avatar".
Wired.co.uk defined Feige's Guardians of the Galaxy as "...producing Marvel's best 3D and IMAX work to date"
