Production Coordinator Film VFX



Job Description

Coordinate flow of work within or between departments to ensure smooth flow of process of work and artists allocated.
Report Artists issues if any to the Producer or HR Department
Coordinate in scheduling of meetings between production management and the artists.
Assist the Production Managers with the planning and preparation of Projects.
Preparing notes in reviews, final shot deliveries and shot priorities.
Day to day updates and follow ups.
Maintain the work reports and delivery status of projects.
Tracking the production work and regular coordination with the producers/line producers maintaining the production report in order to maximize the output every month.
Develops and maintains internal project schedule based on timelines given to him / her by the person in charge
Skill Sets required 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organized and Aggressive.
Extremely Good at coordination between people
Ability to handle stress/Pressure.
Willing to work on Rotational Shifts.
