London has been the home of Prime Focus World in Europe since the company opened the doors of its flagship studio here in late 2011. Formerly a grain warehouse, the historic building on Bucknall Street, just two minutes from Soho Square in Central London, has been restored to provide 17,500 square-feet of state-of-the-art technical space for our London artists and production teams.
Phase 1 of the restoration involved the build-out of 240 integrated VFX and 3D seats and two screening rooms furnished with Dolby 3D enabled 2K Christie projectors. Phase 2 will see the introduction of a 32-seat cinema and 40 more artist seats. The London facility is home to some of Europe’s most talented supervisors and creatives, across visual effects, 3D conversion and animation.
