Namit Malhotra is the Founder & Global CEO of Prime Focus. A compulsive entrepreneur, Namit hails from a family that has been part of the film business for three generations.
Namit is a 'hands-on' promoter, having built Prime Focus from a moderate one room editing studio to become the leading Visual Entertainment Services company in the world. The company currently employs over 1,200 people who operate out of Prime Focus studios in Mumbai, London, Los Angeles, New York, Winnipeg, Vancouver, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa and Bangalore.
Namit is highly tech savvy, and his deep understanding and passion for technology has ensured that the company is always ahead of the technology curve. His decisions to invest in cutting edge and latest technologies have ensured that the company is always able to deliver world class projects and successfully tiding over the risk of technological obsolescence.
