Michael Heimos.

Based in Hollywood, Michael joined Prime Focus in 2010 and oversees Operations for the North American locations. As a member of the Senior Management Team he works to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies, and oversees the day-to-day operations of the North American facilities. Along with a team of managers in each location, Michael is responsible for ensuring that cost effective procedures, operations and infrastructure are in place to support the talented artists, who create the high quality visual effects and 3D conversions for our clients.

With over seventeen years of studio operations experience, Michael brings a wealth of practical knowledge with him, having most recently worked at DreamWorks Animation overseeing day-to-day operations, construction, real estate, space planning and food service. He started his career in Operations at Dream Quest Images, before moving on to The Walt Disney Company and then Digital Domain.

Michael has been a Board Member on the Glendale Transportations Management Association, a member of the AMPTP Industry Wide Labor-Management Safety Committee, on Disney's Employee Advisory Board and Crisis Management team, a guest speaker at the Walt Disney Risk Management Conference, and was Chairman of the Drake University Theatre Arts Council.
