Caprice Ridgeway.

Caprice Ridgeway is the Production and Resource Manager for the View-D™ team in Los Angeles. She handles the day-to-day operations of the team which includes working closely with the Executive Producer, Creative Director, Supervisors and Leads; managing the progress of digital compositing, testing and R&D work; and creating and managing shot schedules.

Caprice started her film career 11 years ago at DreamWorks where she began working in production on the animated feature, "The Road to Eldorado". From there, she supervised several different departments on the fast-paced productions of notable films such as "Shark Tale" and "Flushed Away." She also became an integral part of the studio's Show Development department where she managed art research for a number of blockbusters including "Shrek the Third," "Bee Movie," "Kung Fu Panda" and "Monsters vs. Aliens." Caprice then expanded her production experience by working as a manager at Imagi Studios, a Los Angeles/Hong Kong based feature animation company, and later at Cafe EFX for Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland."

Caprice joined Prime Focus in 2010 as a Production Coordinator and quickly took on the role of Production & Resource Manager. She has spent valuable time in both the LA and Mumbai facilities and has developed a close working relationship with the global View-D™ team.
